![]() That being said, I actually like the dynamic they would have initially. Snatcher is very playful and talkative while King isn’t really one to chat. I know some might criticize the dialogue potential.Obligatory brief army battle between Snatcher's Minions and Minotaurs.I imagine them weaving around each other, Snatcher’s glowy purple contrasting Nowhere King’s tarlike, pitch black. With how their bodies are like snakey shadows, they go together really well aesthetically. In the end, they assisted the protagonist in the final battle against a greater evil (Snatcher helping Hat Kid fight Mustache Girl / Elk guiding Horse out his memories in order to stop the war by defeating both him and the General).Meanwhile, both the General and Elk continued loving the Woman, doing everything they could to reconnect with her. After their falling out, Snatcher felt wronged and grew to hate Vanessa for how she treated him, going so far as to screw with her as much as possible, contracting Hat Kid to steal her stuff. In other words, in their respective backstories, it wasn’t the Snatcher’s fault, but it was the Nowhere King’s. They started out as happy people in a positive relationship with their royal love interest (Queen Vanessa, the Prince’s girlfriend / the human world’s princess, a.k.a. ![]() There’s so much to compare here.Ĭore Theme: Creepy, shadowy, tragic villains that went on a downward spiral into infamy after their relationship with royalty took a turn for the worse, becoming shells of their former selves. Just kinda thought of this after watching Centaurworld and was surprised to find out nobody else had the idea. I’ve watched plenty of videos about it though, and I made sure to brush up on the lore for both of these two. This is probably the MU I’m most proud of out of the four I had on the polls.ĭisclaimer: I haven’t played A Hat in Time. ![]()
